Developed by Climax Handheld Games, players take on the role of Johnny Blaze, a stunt motorcyclist who transforms into the Ghost Rider. Blaze must fight against various foes from the Ghost Rider series. The game is a mix of side-scrolling beat 'em up and racing levels where the player gets to control the Ghost Rider's Hell Cycle, undertaking a mission to defeat the demon lord Mephisto and save his love, Roxanne.
